Telecalling is business done over the telephone by a person whose main task is talking to customers: calling enquiries to explain an offer, reminding existing buyers about renewals, booking appointments, collecting feedback or answering people who ring in. The person doing it is called a telecaller, and the work runs on three things: a list of numbers, a short plan of what to say, and a record of how each call ended. In India most telecalling happens on ordinary mobile phones and SIM cards, with WhatsApp used to send details after the conversation. NLCaller, a telecalling CRM from Nishita Solutions in Bhubaneswar, replaces the phone's dialer so that the list, the caller's notes and the next call-back time sit on the same handset. Its free Basic Dialer plan already includes calling, analytics on the handset and a WhatsApp sent once a conversation ends; the full feature set costs ₹1,944 per user for a year, plus GST, as of October 2026.
