Call analytics means counting and sorting the calls on a phone so the patterns become visible: how many came in, how many went unanswered, and who never got through at all. NLCaller is a call management app whose analytics screen draws these counts as rings for total, incoming, outgoing, missed, connected, unique, rejected, blocked and spam calls, with lost leads as a ring of its own. Tapping a ring opens the call log filtered to exactly those calls, so a figure on the chart becomes a list you can work through. Monthly trend lines place incoming, outgoing, missed and rejected calls next to each other, and each view can cover just today, the current week or month, your whole history, or dates you pick. As of October 2026, all of this on your own handset belongs to NLCaller's Basic Dialer, which costs nothing with no end date and also sends a WhatsApp after each call.
The rings draw on the phone's call log, which NLCaller reads on Android; the iPhone app offers every other feature but cannot read the handset's own log. Owners who want the same picture across a whole sales team can have each employee's calling activity rolled up into their own account, next to the telecalling CRM records.
