Calls are tracked by whatever places them. For a sales team working from mobile phones, that means a dialer app which logs every call on the handset and syncs the log to a shared account. NLCaller does this on Android: it becomes the phone's default calling app, and each employee's calls flow to the owner, who sees them in team call logs alongside analytics for incoming, outgoing, missed, connected and unique calls. Tracking works best when nobody is surprised by it. Put business calls on a business SIM, write down what the company can see, tell staff before the app goes on their phones and let them keep personal numbers out of it. NLCaller helps with that last part: backup can be limited to chosen SIMs, and excluded numbers stay out of backup and automation. The iPhone version cannot read the phone's call log, so call tracking needs Android handsets. As of October 2026, team features cost ₹762 per user for three months, GST extra.
