WhatsApp automation means a message leaves your business number because something happened, not because someone remembered to type it. NLCaller ties these triggers to the phone's own calling. There is a separate text for missed, outgoing and incoming calls, a text for every lead status including the ones you invent, a text when a sale is recorded and another when a follow-up reminder fires. For each trigger you decide how it travels: silently over a linked WhatsApp Business API account, or by opening WhatsApp with a pre-typed message that the caller just has to send. Quiet hours, a cooldown per number, an ask-first mode and an excluded list keep the app from over-messaging anyone. The after-call message is included even in the free Basic Dialer. The full app costs ₹254 a month per user on the quarterly plan, billed as ₹762, or ₹162 a month on yearly billing, both before GST and as listed in October 2026.
Two triggers get pages of their own: the WhatsApp message after a call, with its three call types, and the message that rides along with a follow-up reminder when the alarm goes off.
